Please note that for this first contact it will be important that you provide us with the following information as far as possible:
-Information on the product to be exported/imported
-Country of destination
-Company/person sending or receiving the product
After receiving all the information about the products, you would like to import/export and the country of destination of the products, our team of specialists will take a maximum of 48 hours to gather all the necessary information. After that, we will request a meeting to discuss the import/export process details, costs, transportation times, etc.
Once the details of the import/export process have been explained, when you agree with the conditions of the process, the respective contract will be signed, and you will proceed to pay the amount specified in the contract, our commercial relationship will become effective and will formally begin.
Once the contract is signed, our logistic team will start with the loading of the container and shipment to the port of destination. All this process will be registered in photos that we will send to you so that you have a record and information in real-time of the whole process. Parallel to the loading of the container, the administrative team of our company will initiate the import/export procedures coordinating the issue with our customs broker, the domestic transportation companies, and the shipping company.
When the container has been filled, the administrative procedures for shipment are in order and you have paid the respective fee, our company will proceed to load the container on the ship that will take it to the port of destination, after which and immediately, we will send you the original B/L (proof of shipment) in the safest and fastest way possible.
Leaving aside the climatic conditions that can make the ship's journey longer or delay it in a port, the average sea voyage time of a container is 48 to 50 days. During all this time, our logistic team can follow up on the cargo ship's route and solve any doubts or questions that you may have.
When the container arrives at the port of destination, the work of our company will be finished, and you can proceed to pick up your cargo with the documentation that we previously sent you.
